One of the most magical and special nights of the year is approaching: St. John’s Eve!!
On this date, the Austral Winter Solstice is celebrated as it is represented in many myths and
legends.

The cozy Casa Grande Winery will be the setting for our enchanted evening, receiving us on this very special occasion. This is a family winery in which the Italian traditions and the warmth of home are felt as soon as we arrive.

Join us to celebrate the longest night of the year; a night filled with the magic and energy that can only be experienced at this time. We will hold the classic ritual of a bonfire accompanied by the sounds of live bagpipes, ushering in all the good omens for our lives.

Afterwards we will enjoy an exquisite dinner accompanied by a great selection of their wines in the painting workshop of Francesca Dito, one of the pillars of the winery, the wife of Washington and mother of Florencia and Fabrizio.

Sweet potato with cream cheese, Guacamole and shrimp tartlets, Lemon chicken tartlets and caprese skewers
Wine:
Hot mulled wine with spices

Starter:
Beef carpaccio with arugula and Parmesan
Vegetarian option: Bruschetta with roasted vegetables, caponata style (please notify in advance if you prefer this option).
Wines:
Blend of whites and Cabernet Franc, vintage 2020, young line.

Main Course:
Braised beef puff pastry with mushrooms and cheese, accompanied by roasted vegetables and potatoes.
Vegetarian option: Vegetable lasagna with arugula pesto and sun-dried tomatoes (please notify in advance if you prefer this option).
Wines:
Arinarnoa vintage 2020 and Super Blend vintage 2018

Dessert:
Pear and almond Tart with ice cream

Natural sparkling Zelante
